Accessibility and Parking

The DeSimone Foot and Ankle Centre is accessible to all patients, as we have a wheel chair ramp and no stairs to enter our building. We also have ample free parking at the back of our building for your convenience.


Financial Policy

Our fees are posted on the wall by the front desk. We want our patients to understand the fees and be satisfied that they are reasonable and equitable. For your convenience, we accept cash, visa, mastercard and debit. Payment is due when the service is rendered.


Extended Health Insurance

Many extended health insurance plans cover our services, as well as, DVA and NIHB. You may wish to consult your insurance carrier regarding your coverage prior to your appointment. If you are unsure of what type of information is required, please contact our office and we will be happy to help you. When calling our office, please have your Certificate and Group Number on hand to simplify this process.

If you require additional information or documentation for your insurance claim, please contact our office and we will be glad to assist you. For Green Shield Card Holders, direct submission to your insurance company is available.

During regular business hours, our office administrator is available to answer your calls. After hours, please feel free to leave us a detailed message and we will return your call on the next business day.

Due to the nature of our office, please call ahead for all appointments, as only confirmed appointments can be visited.
